Return Process

  Reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of any damaged goods.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure that any non-perishable items or merchandise are returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
